The glasses I received were of terrible quality, with the coating simply delaminating from the glasses. Likely a fake product. I complained to their customer service, but you just get ignored. It's been over three months now and I still have not heard back from them. This company is a total scam.

"Absolutely appalling experience"
Absolutely appalling experience from this company. Was told that the item had been shipped, yet for over a week Royal Mail were confirming that they were "expecting the item".
Tried to chase this with Blickers and was ignored.
Only after threatening to report the order as fraudulent, the item was suddenly shipped. Item arrived two days later than they had confirmed.
No apology or reassurance of their service.
I cannot express how dreadful this experience has been. I would avoid Blickers like the plague, especially when other, more reputable, companies are selling the same products at the same price - and with more honest delivery times (important when you depend on a thing like glasses).
"SCAM, BEWARE"
Absolutely disgusting. I ordered Ray Ban frames for my 12 year old Grandson. I'm not sure what is going on, but my Grandson and I opened the package supposedly from Blickers, only to find some sort of belt knife in the box, and no glasses frames. Now I have had to pay £18.90 for the return with Evri. I am not confident of receiving a refund
"Virtual try-on felt a bit misleading"
I used the virtual try-on and felt kind of stuck after ordering. The glasses looked one way in the preview, but when I actually put them on, they looked different on my face. It made me feel like I didn’t really know what I was committing to until it was too late.

"Good price, but I was still a bit cautious"
I found the glasses I wanted on blickers for less than I was seeing on most other sites, which was the main reason I ordered. I was a little skeptical at first because deals like that can sometimes come with some kind of catch, but the shipping ended up being fine and nothing went wrong. I’m happy with what I paid, though I’d still probably compare a few places before ordering again. blickers would definitely be on my list to check next time
"Very disappointing…."
Very disappointing experience with Blickers.
I ordered prescription glasses, but the lenses I received are completely unusable. An independent optician (Fielmann Kiel) measured them and confirmed that the axis values are around 1° and 2°. With my level of astigmatism (CYL up to -3.00), this makes proper vision impossible.
What is especially concerning is that Blickers’ ordering system allowed me to place an order without entering a critical parameter like the axis. The result is a product that does not serve its basic function.
Instead of offering a solution, customer service repeatedly referred to their terms and conditions and shifted the responsibility entirely onto me. Even more frustrating: I initially had no access to my full order data to verify what had been submitted.
Only after multiple emails was my case escalated internally, which gave the impression that resolving the issue was not a priority.
At the end of the day, I paid for prescription glasses that I cannot use.
Be very careful when ordering online – especially if you have astigmatism. This experience has shown me that saving money can cost you more in the long run.

"So many styles to choose from"
I was surprised by how many frames and sunglasses they had on blickers.com. Like, there was a lot to look through, a lot more than I expected. I’m used to seeing the same few brands over and over, so it was nice to actually have more options for once.
I also liked that there were choices at different price points, which made it easier to keep looking without feeling stuck. It definitely took me a while to pick something, but not in a bad way at all. More like the good kind of taking forever because there were too many nice ones.

"Limited Lens Options and Confusing Process"
I was trying to order a pair of glasses, but the lens options felt way too limited. I couldn’t choose some of the coatings or thickness options I was looking for, and the information on the site wasn’t very clear. What made it more frustrating was that I wasn’t really sure what I was supposed to do next or if there was another step where more options would show up. After going in circles for a bit, I just gave up and ordered from another site. Annoying experience overall

"Nice frames, close to what I was hoping for"
I ordered a pair from Blickers because the frame shape caught my eye right away. I wanted something clean-looking and not too bulky, and these seemed like a fair match for what I had in mind.
When they arrived, they looked close to the photos online. The color is maybe just a little darker in person, but not enough to bother me. They still feel easy to wear day to day and go with most things.
I’d give them 4 stars because the frames are comfortable, stylish, and overall a good buy. To be fair, my only real complaint is that I wish there were more real face photos on the site so it would be easier to compare before ordering

I ordered from Blickers because they were one of the only places that actually had the sunglasses I wanted in stock, which made me a little suspicious at first since everywhere else was sold out. But checkout was simple, the order went through without any issues, and they sent updates after I bought them. Everything ended up being fine, so I’m happy with it. I’d probably use them again if they had something I needed.

I ordered from blickers.com and, to be fair, the package showed up quickly. The box did have a small dent on one corner, which wasn’t great to see, but everything inside was fine and nothing was damaged. The items were wrapped well enough and looked clean, so I can’t really complain too much. I’d probably give it 5 stars if the outer box had been protected a bit better, but overall it worked out okay.
