Worst company ever. Order them in the 15th said it’s coming between 28th - 5th. Still not in their warehouse now they are saying another 10 days before it comes in warehouse. Can’t cancelま. Rude on phone

After waiting for product to be posted which took abt 2 weeks . With poor communication and product came looking uneven and wobbly unexpected

I ordered two pairs of Prada sunglasses, one pair I sent back, to my concerns(after reading all that negative reviews) i only can say, I have great experience.
Delivery within two days after placing order, customer service responded to my request to send back one pair of glasses within few hours per email. ( retour on my expenses- ok, I live germany)
Full price refunded within another ca 10 days.
I can not complain at all, everything was handled fair as I am used to with any other company.
And the glasses are great!

Unfortunately my sunglasses were never shipped, which makes me worry that my order was indeed a scam. I reached out to customer service who said the issue is with FedEx and they will reach out to them. Another two weeks passed and still no update on the shipment. I followed up again, and received the same response. Then I reached out a third time to inform them that I needed the sunglasses for an event that passed already, and would like to request a refund. Over a week has passed, and they have still not responded to me. Other buyers - beware!

Its a fake website. Most likely a properly tailored scam!
After taking payment they have not sent any approval, and when they were contacted via phone there was always one lady answering the call, she is extremely rude, she dropped the call while we were talking. Whenever we wrote them an email or called them it was always THE SAME lady named Jacqueline Stein. This is weird how is it possible that there’s this one person handling all the requests?
Please avoid this scam, we will contact our bank to somehow try to get back our money.

Edit: I have contacted my bank multiple times and they have confirmed that the money is gone. Also, I have forwarded a pdf transfer receipt already, that includes all the required details.
Moreover, how do you justify the rude behavior of the customer support representative? Why did she talk like this and why did she drop the call intentionally?

I purchased a pair of ladies D&G Sunglasses from Blickers and it was scheduled to arrive between 19th and 25th April but did not arrive until 28th April.

When it arrived the D&G dustcloth was missing and I emailed them to ask them to send it. Their customer service representative Stacey then proceeded to argue with me about it, saying that (I quote) "We understand you did not receive the cleaning cloth however, I'm afraid we do not offer guarantees on the accessories.

Unfortunately, we are unable to send accessories separately and I'm afraid we cannot issue a partial refund...we do not offer any guarantees on accessories, we cannot 100% guarantee that the new order will be sent with the cleaning cloth" which is crazy considering on the listing (I have screen video and screenshot) the item comes with this item as standard (how else are you supposed to clean the glasses Stacey!!) and I want the dustcloth, as per the description under "Authenticity". D&G also told me that their sunglasses are sold with a dustcloth.

I also offered Stacey to refund me the amount of £15 so that I can purchase the dustcloth separately online and she declined that too.

I may have to do a chargeback to resolve this.

I've had a bad experience with Blickers and Stacey from Blickers. Awful customer service. I do not recommend!!!
